Cristiano Ronaldo’s Mum Pays Pope Francis a Visit at The Vatican, Gifts Him Her Son’s Jersey

Cristiiano Ronaldo‘s mother, Dolores Aveirois has shared pictures of her meeting with Catholic Pontiff, Pope Francis at the Vatican, where she also presented him with her son’s jersey. The pope really looked surprised by the gift.

She wrote: “A very unique emotion. Thank you, Pope Francis.”

Ronaldo drew a blank in Tuesday’s 1-1 draw at Burnley after coming on as a sub. He has scored 14 goals in 25 games since rejoining United from Juventus last August.

.Cristiano has gone five games without scoring a goal for Manchester United. His longest ever goal drought since 2010.
