Lady Whose Picture Went Viral on Social Media As She Sought For a Job, Finally Gets Employed

Remember that lady whose picture went viral on social media because she took to the street with a placard to tell everyone especially well meaning Nigerians that she was unemployed and needed a job? She has finally gotten a job.

The lady identified as Praise Atakele, took to the street earlier this year with a placard written “Pls I need a Job. Bsc Mass Communication. Msc Marketing Comm. [email protected]”

The picture went viral on social media with so many retweeting, reposting her picture as they praised her for taking such a bold step rather than indulge in illegal or immoral activities to survive in the harsh economy prevalent in the country.

Well, it worked for her as she is currently employed now and has taken to her Twitter handle to thank everyone for their support.

She wrote;

“I want to say a very Big Thank you & Gog bless everyone that retweeted, tagged potential recruiters and also reposted my story on their various social media platforms and for those companies that reached out to me, thank you for the offers.

Good news is, I finally got a job!”
