Manchester United Shreds AS Roma in a 6-2 Defeat at Old Trafford

Manchester United has defeated AS Roma in a six goals to two win to qualify for the second leg of the semifinals in the UEFA Europa League.

In the scintillating performance at Old Trafford, the first half of the match saw AS Roma leading with two goals scored by Lorenzo Pellegrini’s penalty and Edin Dzeko’s against United’s single goal scored by by Bruno Fernandes but the Reds pulled a strong comeback in the second half with Edinson Cavani scoring two goals, Bruno Fernandes, Paul Pogba and Mason Greenwood scoring one goal each to make it a 6-2 win against their opponents.

Roma, who were forced into three substitutions before the interval due to injuries, grew wearier with each passing minute and were fortunate not to concede seven like they did back in 2007.
